2022 Fee Schedule

• Registration based on age (youngest - oldest)
  • 8U (8/31/2016- 9/1/2013):  $50  MUST AT LEAST BE IN KINDERGARTEN
  • 10U (8/31/2013- 9/1/2011): $100
  • 12U (8/31/2011 - 9/1/2009): $130
  • 14U (8/31/2009 - 9/1/2007): $150

• Uniform Shorts: Custom shorts are required for all ages except 8U, though if you have shorts from last year, you may reuse them without purchasing.
  • ​$25

• Active US Lacrosse Membership: Paid to US Lacrosse during registration. (not CVYLAX) Must be active hrough June 2022 for all players.
  • ​$30 per player

• Volunteer Deposit: Must be turned in prior to distribution of game/practice pinnies, and will be refunded after hours completed.  Please see policy for more details.
  • ​$75 per family

• Pinnie Return: All game pinnies must be returned at the Mid Penn Tournament (or prior if a player will not be participating in the tournament).  Anyone not returning a game pinnie may be charged a $45 replacement fee.

• Late Registrations/fees:  Registration will open on 11/14/2021.  Beginning 2/1/2022, registrations will be assessed a $25 late registration fee.   All late registrations will be processed on an individual case basis.  Free registration for first time players will be considered on an individual case basis after 2/1/2022 due to budget and order intervals.

• Discounts/Programs
  • ​Free Registration for First Time Players, regardless of age (does not include shorts/us lacrosse membership).
  • Multi-player discount of $50/player (does not apply to first time players given their registration is free).
  • Need- based scholarships are available on request. 

• First time player registration refunds will be processed on an individual case basis after they are paid in full.  We will do our best to issue refunds within a few days after you complete and pay for your player's registration based on your player's circumstance.
