About the Mid-Penn Youth Lacrosse Tournament As the Mid-Penn Youth Lacrosse League is gradually taking form, teams from our area get together each season for what is currently known as the "Mid-Penn Youth Lacrosse Tournament". In an effort to share both the burdens and the fund raising opportunities, this massive tournament is split by age group and spread across field locations around the "Mid-Penn area. The tournament was organized with the intent to share the spirit of the game among friends and rivals.
